About the Position:

What You'll Be Doing:

Daily Responsibilities:

Confirm and schedule hygiene appointments
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Monitor Weave messages, schedule alerts, and call list requests
Verify insurance and maintain accurate records
Process payments, manage routing slips, and reconcile bank deposits
Schedule emergency and follow-up appointments with appropriate notes
Scan and manage digital forms, documents, and correspondence
Counsel patients on insurance benefits and eligibility
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Support Tasks:

Check voicemail and return calls
Present treatment plans and consent forms when needed
Communicate with clinical team
Keep the front office running smoothly and support the team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Dental office experience is required (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Confident using dental software (Dentrix, BlueNote, mConsent a plus)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Warm, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Local to the Jacksonville area and seeking a long-term role

Pay & Benefits:

$19.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
4-day workweek (Mon–Thurs, 8–5)
401(k) with 3% employer contribution, plus potential annual profit sharing
