Position Overview

The Office Manager will oversee daily operations while developing strategies to increase efficiency, production, patient retention, and overall practice growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, financially savvy, and motivated to help scale a small office into its full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and improve daily front office operations
Optimize scheduling for productivity and growth
Monitor and increase production and collections
Manage billing, insurance processing, and accounts receivable
Present treatment plans and coordinate financial arrangements
Develop and implement patient retention strategies
Support marketing initiatives and internal growth efforts
Lead and motivate administrative team members
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
Create systems and workflows to improve efficiency and patient experience

Ideal Candidate

3+ years dental office experience (management preferred)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and revenue cycle management
Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a practice
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organized, accountable, and solutions-oriented
