We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager / Dental Practice Manager to lead operations, increase efficiency, and drive production and collections growth.

Dental Office Manager ResponsibilitiesPractice Management & Leadership:

Oversee daily operations of a busy general and cosmetic dental office
Lead and manage front desk, treatment coordinator, and support staff
Conduct team meetings and performance reviews
Improve scheduling efficiency and patient flow

Financial Oversight & KPIs

Monitor production, collections, and accounts receivable
Track dental KPIs (production per day, hygiene reappointment %, case acceptance rate)
Manage insurance verification, billing, and claims follow-up
Oversee payroll and maintain overhead targets

Cosmetic & Veneer Case Coordination

Support high-value treatment presentation (veneers, cosmetic cases, smile makeovers)
Increase case acceptance through clear financial communication
Ensure a premium, concierge-level patient experience

Compliance & Systems

Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance
Maintain organized systems and reporting
Manage vendor relationships and ordering

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or Dental Practice Manager
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections
Experience in general dentistry required
Cosmetic dentistry or veneer case coordination experience preferred
Proficiency in dental software (Open Dental experience a plus)
Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
