Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Assist the Dentist with 4 handed dentistry and general procedures
- Present treatment plans and go over finance options with patients
- Assist with dental imaging procedures and ensure proper patient positioning
- Perform vital sign measurements and record patient information
- Collaborate with dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Sterilize rooms/instruments following CDC protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental setting

-Strong skills in treatment plan presenting and reviewing financing options

-Previous Dental Assisting experience (minimum of 5 years)
- Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Familiarity with dental documentation software such as Open Dental or similar systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with others
