Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and professionalism. This pivotal role combines administrative leadership with patient-centered treatment coordination, insurance claims submission and collection, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. Duties

Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Coordinate treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures, financial options, and insurance coverage clearly and confidently
Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, fiscal management, and revenue cycle processes using systems Carestream
Supervise administrative staff and clinical team members, providing leadership in human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems
Facilitate communication between patients, providers, insurance companies, and external healthcare entities to optimize care delivery
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness

Experience

Proven experience in dental office management with a strong background in dental administrative support
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams within medical or dental clinics
Familiarity with dental software such as Carestream; experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks is highly desirable
Knowledge of dental terminology, dental records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards
Background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, managed care coordination, and utilization management
Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
