This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of front desk / back office experience who is ready to take the next step. Experience in a dental office is a plus, but we are willing to mentor the right candidate who is eager to learn.

What We’re Looking For:

1–2 years of front desk or administrative experience
Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination
Ability to handle patient scheduling, phone calls, and front office workflow
Team player with a positive mindset

Responsibilities:

Manage daily front office operations
Greet and assist patients with a welcoming attitude
Handle insurance verification and billing (training provided)
Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules
Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment and financial arrangements
Support the clinical team to ensure smooth office flow
