We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Dental Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

Greet patients warmly, verify insurance coverage, and facilitate patient intake processes using Eaglesoft
Schedule appointments, manage cancellations, and coordinate patient flow efficiently through multi-line phone systems and electronic scheduling tools
Verify insurance benefits, perform insurance claims submissions, posting payments, and follow up on outstanding payments. Sending and coordinating referrals.
Provide exceptional patient service by answering inquiries professionally, managing phone etiquette, and assisting with intake procedures while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

Prior experience in dental office administration, with familiarity using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar practice management software
Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation review procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation and scheduling

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
