Job Title: Treatment Coordinator and Administrative Person for a Periodontal Office

Location: REGEN Periodontics & Dental Implant Center, Allen, TX

Job Description:

Hi! We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly individual to join our specialty dental office as a Treatment Coordinator and Front Office Administrator. Your main responsibilities will revolve around patient education, treatment coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with our referring dentists.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception:

Present proposed dental and periodontal treatments to patients and answer questions regarding procedures, timelines, and costs.
Follow up with patients on pending or incomplete treatment plans to ensure they understand the value and timing of care.
Communicate professionally and promptly with referring dental offices about mutual patients, updates, and care coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring offices through regular communication and occasional in-person visits.
Support the doctor in case presentations, insurance discussions, and patient education.
Help implement internal systems to improve treatment acceptance and referral flow.
Other front office administrative work (phone calls, schedule, insurance, etc).

Qualifications:

Prior experience in dental treatment coordination, specialty dental office, or a similar patient-facing role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
Professional and courteous demeanor, especially in dealing with both patients and other dental professionals.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through.
Familiarity with dental terminology and treatment processes is a plus.
Must be comfortable with occasional off-site visits to nearby dental offices.
