Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment plans and scheduling appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism
Coordinate treatment procedures by liaising between patients, dental providers, and insurance companies to ensure seamless communication
Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and payment collections while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Assist with fiscal management tasks including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to support practice growth
Supervise administrative staff, providing leadership in human resources functions such as training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure clinic compliance with healthcare standards like JCAHO requirements and manage utilization of managed care programs for optimal patient outcomes

Experience

Strong knowledge of dental insurance is required.
Must have working knowledge of dental insurance policies and billing.

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
