Dental Front Office Coordinator / Back Office Assistant Floater

Our modern private dental practice is looking for a Front Office Coordinator who can also Assist in the Back Office when needed. This is a great position for someone with dental experience who enjoys working both with patients at the front desk and also supporting the clinical team when needed.

We are a patient focused, technology driven practice with a positive and friendly team environment. We value professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent patient care.

Schedule: Full time or part time options available.

Primary Responsibilities:

Patient scheduling and treatment plan coordination
Checking patients in and out
Insurance verification
Answering phones and patient communication

Back Office Support (as needed)

Chairside assisting
Taking dental X rays
Assisting doctors and hygienists during busy periods

Requirements:

Must have Dental Experience Background to apply
Dental assisting experience
X ray license required
Strong communication and patient service skills
Organized, reliable, and team oriented
Comfortable helping both front and back office

Preferred (but not required)

RDA
CEREC experience
