We are a unique (relationship-based) restorative dental practice looking for a highly motivated individual to join our incredible practice and take charge as our front desk manager. You must have front desk experience for a dental office.

Front Desk for Dental Office— we are a high touch not high volume; other than our hygiene services we tend to see patients for longer visits. As the office manager you are responsible for all aspects of the front desk—scheduling, communicating with our dental lab, communicating with our specialists, confirming appointments and patient follow-up..

You must have great phone skills. 70% of our new patients find us on Google, so you're responsible for qualifying them and walking through all steps to come in as a new patient. You are also the go-between the specialists and dental lab and follow up on our patient's care. You must be warm and friendly as you are the voice of the practice and very proficient at the desktop.

You must know Practice Works and a proficient handling in dental insurance. Although we are not in network with Delta, you will submit pre-estimates so patients can maximize their benefits.

You must be comfortable talking big money with patients. Please bring your personality, while we work hard, we always have our smile on to keep the atmosphere light. We take pride in knowing our patients beyond their dental status. In fact, Dr Bloom goes through the new patient in-take the day before, so he has a feel for the new patient's life as well as the wants/concerns.

This is a growth position, take it and run with it, you will be working for a world-class restorative dentist who has won Topdentist NH fifteen yrs running and is guest faculty at the Pankey Institute. We are a small team so flexibility helping other team members is very important.

We practice in three areas —30% non-invasive therapies for TMJ issues, 40% cosmetic/ non-invasive treatment and 30% general/complex restorative. We will train you.

You will be working in a state of the art (gallery like office). Your hours are Mon-8-3, Tues-8-4, Wed-8-3, Thurs- 8-3, July and August we end every day at 3pm.
