We are currently looking for a reliable and positive Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are NOT a DSO, we are a private practice that loves dentistry and our patients!

This is a unique cross-trained position for someone with both dental insurance experience and the ability to assist the dentist when needed.

We are seeking a "people person" who is organized, good with numbers, and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients.

The role is available as either a Part-Time or Full-Time position within our professional and respectful work culture.

Responsibilities include:

- Front desk duties, including patient outreach and insurance verification

- Scheduling and confirming appointments

- Collecting copayments and creating financial arrangements

- Sterilizing instruments and setting up operatories- Assisting with dental lab tasks

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of dental experience

- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills

- A strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a team-oriented environment

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
