We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Dental assistant (DA) to join our pediatric dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a genuine interest in helping young patients maintain good oral health.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Provide oral health education and post-operative instructions to patients and parents
Ensure patient comfort and manage anxiety during dental procedures
Perform routine office tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and patient follow-up
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Dental Assistant (DA) certification
Current CPR certification
Experience in a pediatric dental setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
