Job Description: As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our dental team and helping provide a positive experience for our patients. We are looking for someone who is dependable, has a positive attitude, and works well as part of a team. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, comfortable using computers, and able to take initiative when needed. In this role, you will assist the dentist with a variety of procedures while helping maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Welcome patients and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
Answer patients' questions and provide information about treatments and procedures
Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment
Provide post-operative instructions to patients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental rooms
Ensure dental supplies are well-stocked and available
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Follow office protocols and assist with compliance measures
Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous dental assisting experience preferred
Strong computer skills and familiarity with dental software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
