Duties

Greet patients warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression
Schedule appointments accurately using Dentrix
Collect patient information, update medical and dental records, and review documentation for completeness and accuracy
Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, handling inquiries and appointment confirmations
Process payments

Qualifications

experience as a Dental Receptionist with strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures
Familiarity with Dentrix an Dexis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills including typing treatment letters
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality at all times
Office experience that includes clerical support, filing, scheduling, and customer service excellence
