We are seeking a Practice Team Leader who will model these values, lead the team, and support the continued growth of the practice.

Leadership Impact

A primary priority of this role is managing and supporting the doctor’s schedule to ensure productivity, efficient patient flow, and practice growth. This position combines leadership, operational support, and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a driven, team-focused dental practice
Prioritize management of the doctor’s schedule to maintain productivity and efficiency
Coach and develop team members to support growth and accountability
Ensure patients receive an exceptional experience
Serve as a resource for team and patient needs
Support daily operations and workflow when needed
Promote a positive, solution-focused team culture
