Job Summary
We are looking for a dental associate for a full time position in Wenatchee, WA. This is a perfect place for an active lifestyle, hiking, biking, skiing, water sports and rock climbing and also a fantastic place to raise a young family. We have two locations: a cozy, downtown office with Cerec, Cbct, intraoral scanners, 3D printing, and a small town office that is a fast paced state of the art facility. We are the perfect fit for someone who wants to be mentored, likes to solve problems, and loves the idea of adding as many tools to his/her dental toolbox as possible. We want someone who understands dentistry is about building relationships and community. Our priorities are patient care and satisfaction, staff longevity, and transparency. $10k sign on bonus, daily minimum, 30% of production after adjustments. 2 current dentists are Loma Linda Grads. Multilingual highly trained staff. Korean, Romanian and Spanish spoken in the office.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, endodontics, oral surgery, and all aspects of restorative dentistry.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans.
Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients clearly and confidently.
Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret radiographs to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain precise medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination.
Collaborate with team members during four-handed dentistry procedures to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
Stay current with advancements in general dentistry practices, including pediatric dentistry and dental fabrication techniques.

Qualifications

Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a General Dentist.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards.
Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, fillings, dentures, crowns, bridges and all aspects of restorative dentistry.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment plans clearly.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records management and patient privacy.
Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus; familiarity with medical imaging techniques is preferred.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
