We are seeking an energetic Dental Front Desk, who can work well with others. If you are highly organized, willing to learn & great at customer service, this may be the position for you. We are willing to train the software if you are eager to learn. We are also looking for anyone that is bilingual preferably Spanish speaking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents.
Treatment plan Specialist
Experience with dental billing software: Eaglesoft is preferred but not
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities for interacting with patients, providers, and insurers.
Educational requirements typically include at least 2 years of college, with prior experience in dental accounts receivable or collections being advantageous.
Answer phone calls : Scheduling patients ,call reminders
Running reports for claims that are open
Verifying Insurances
Digital filing of dental claims

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
