Our private dental office in downtown South San Francisco is seeking a Front desk receptionist for 4-5 days/week from 8-5PM. We are a friendly team with positive work culture, dedicated to patients' oral health and are passionate about what we do. We believe in creating a friendly/comfortable atmosphere for all of our patients as we put confidence back in smiles.

You:

Self-motivated, ambitious and positive attitude. Approaches work and life with a growth mindset. (We hire for character, train for skill.)
Ability to work well with patients & other team members and doctors
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to change quickly
Dental office Experience - ideally
Knowledge of dental billing and Dentrix system - a plus

Responsibility to include:

Greeting and check in patients, collecting copayment, providing new patient forms and treatment consent forms
Managing patient flow utilizing Dentrix
Ensuring general office operations, scheduling, answering phone calls, patient referrals, lab coordination
Assist in insurance verification
Assist in back office as needed
