Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced receptionist for a part time leading to full time position. Candidate MUST be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in and check-out procedures with enthusiasm and professionalism
Schedule appointments efficiently.
Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility using systems such as Dental Xchange.
Collect payments, process co-pays, and handle medical collections with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with insurance claim submissions, follow-ups, and billing inquiries.
Handle patient inquiries promptly.
Organize filing of dental records and office correspondence while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Support front desk operations by coordinating patient intake forms, verifying insurance information, and managing appointment reminders
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic flow and effective communication regarding patient care plans

Experience

Prior experience working as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is highly preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in dental terminology.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), typing (10 key typing)
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively
Knowledge of insurance verification procedures for insurance providers is beneficial
Clinic experience in a healthcare setting that emphasizes documentation review, care plans coordination, and office management is desirable

Pay: $24.63 - $29.66 per hour
