Front Office Team Member – Anderson Family Dentistry

Position Overview

This role is essential to the daily success of our office. The right candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients and team members
Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining a productive, well-managed schedule
Verify insurance and assist with treatment estimates
Submit claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and post insurance payments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support daily front office operations and overall office flow

Preferred:

Dental office experience
Basic understanding of dental procedures and terminology
Experience with insurance, billing, or dental software
