HIRING URGENTLY: FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

We are looking for a reliable, high energy professional to join our dental team ! If you are naturally friendly, organized, love providing top-tier customer service, we want to meet you.

Schedule:

Monday -Thursday ( no weekends!)
Must be punctual and dependable.

Key responsibilities:

Greeting patients with a smile.
Scheduling appointments and answering phones.
Insurance verification and patient check-in/check out.
Treatment Plan presentaion.

Requirements:

Proven reliability and work ethic.
Exceptional communication skills.
Previous dental experience is a MUST, but a great attitude is a plus!
Software Proficiency: Experience with Eaglesoft is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $21-$26 per hour (commensurate with experience).
