Dental Front Office Team Member – No Nights or Weekends!

Are you friendly, organized, and looking for a rewarding career in a positive dental office environment? Our growing practice is looking for a Front Office Team Member to help us deliver excellent care to our patients.

Previous dental experience is preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Verify patient insurance benefits
Enter and update patient information in the computer system
Schedule and confirm appointments
Collect patient co-pays and process payments
Submit insurance claims and prior authorizations

Dental office: 1 year (Preferred)
