Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, cosmetic dentistry, and preventive care.
Utilize digital dentistry systems to deliver precise, efficient, and patient-focused treatments.
Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of safety, comfort, and patient satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and CE to continually refine skills and stay on the forefront of dentistry.

Ideal Candidate

DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
Active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical skills with a desire to continually learn and grow
Excellent chairside manner and commitment to patient care
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for technology and innovation

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $144,000 – $250,000 annually (based on experience and production)
