Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD/CAM Dental Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will leverage advanced computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technologies to create precise dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality, functional dental prosthetics that meet patient needs and clinical specifications. Responsibilities

Utilize CAD software to design accurate dental restorations based on detailed impressions, scans, and clinical instructions
Maintain meticulous records of each case, including technical specifications, materials used, and fabrication steps
Ensure all laboratory procedures adhere to infection control standards and HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
Stay current with advancements in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, and laboratory techniques to continually improve workflow efficiency and product quality

Requirements

Proven experience in dental laboratory fabrication, particularly with CAD/CAM systems
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and medical imaging techniques relevant to prosthetic design
Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as micrometers and other precision measurement tools
Ability to interpret dental impressions, scans, and treatment plans accurately
Prior experience assisting in chairside procedures or working alongside dental teams is a plus
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry considerations is advantageous but not essential
