Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Treatment Manager to oversee the operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical management and practice management, ensuring that our clinic runs efficiently while providing exceptional patient care. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and clinical knowledge, making it essential for candidates to have experience in a veterinary or medical office setting.

Duties

Manage daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
Supervise and support staff, including nurses and administrative personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Oversee patient treatment plans, ensuring that all procedures are conducted according to best practices.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar practice management software.
Coordinate scheduling for patients and staff to optimize clinic workflow.
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Provide training and support to staff on medical administrative processes and patient management techniques.
Address patient inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in medical management or practice management within a dental or veterinary clinic is preferred.
Strong background in medical administrative support, with familiarity in using Dentrix or similar software.
Experience as a nurse or in a clinical role is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and patients.
Ability to lead teams and manage personnel effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
