We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floater Dental Assistant to support our clinical team across multiple operatories. This role is essential to maintaining efficient patient flow, high clinical standards, and a sterile, well-organized environment. The Floater Dental Assistant assists with sterilization, operatory setup and breakdown,

No formal dental experience required—we will provide full, paid training for the right candidate. However, prior knowledge of x-rays or iTero scanning is a plus.

Highly organized, dependable, and coachable
Friendly and professional with great communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Passion for learning and delivering excellent patient care
Bonus: experience with iTero scanning or x-ray knowledge
