Responsibilities

Lead daily office operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Motivate and coach team members to achieve office goals and KPIs
Drive performance across production, collections, visits, and case acceptance
Manage schedules to optimize productivity and patient flow
Monitor key metrics and implement strategies to improve results
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
Partner with providers to support treatment acceptance and patient care
Manage labor efficiency and operational performance

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in dental or healthcare setting preferred
