Job Title: Dental Office Manager (Full-Time)

Job Description:
Established, patient-focused dental practice on the North Shore of Chicago is seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team full-time.

We are looking for a strong leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, support team members, and ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both administrative and financial aspects of a dental practice.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily front office operations and staff coordination
Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and customer service
Handle insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-ups
Manage billing, accounts receivable, and collections
Maintain accurate financial reporting and assist with basic accounting tasks
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager (or similar leadership role in a dental practice)
Proficiency with Dentrix (required)
Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims, and billing processes
Experience with accounting, reporting, and financial oversight
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

Full-time, 4 days per week
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting at $32/hour, based on experience
