Front Office Coordinator – Children's Dental Practice

We are looking for a strong, dependable Front Office Coordinator to join our growing dental team. This role is the first impression of the practice and plays a key part in keeping the schedule full, patients informed, and the day running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Greet patients, verify information, and manage check-in/check-out using Open Dental
Schedule appointments efficiently while managing cancellations and maintaining a productive schedule
Verify insurance benefits and assist with claim processing
Answer phones professionally and support patients with questions related to treatment, scheduling, and billing
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
Help keep the schedule full and support overall office flow

What We’re Looking For

Dental front office experience preferred
Experience with insurance verification (Medicaid/Denti-Cal experience is a plus)
Familiarity with Open Dental or similar software
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to stay calm, efficient, and positive in a busy environment
Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
