Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and administrative support within Dental office environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing various front desk responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage phone calls with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette to address inquiries and schedule appointments.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with the intake process, including collecting patient information and verifying insurance details, including Medicare.
Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Support dental or medical reception duties as needed, providing comprehensive medical administrative support.

Skills

Experience in a medical office setting is preferred, with familiarity in systems used for scheduling and patient management.Use of Dentrix ,eaglesoft,dentimax is a plus.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
