Core Responsibilities

Front Office Administration: Greet patients, answer phones, maintain a clean reception area, and manage patient records.
Patient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, fill cancellations, and manage the daily schedule for maximum efficiency.
Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, collect payments, and provide financial counseling to patients.
Treatment Planning: Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous experience in a dental office.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with dental software for scheduling and billing.

Days : Mon-Thurs

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
