Are you a dental professional who loves the organized pace of the front office but enjoys keeping your clinical skills sharp? Our small, parivate pediatric dental practice in Ellicott City is looking for a versatile Dental Receptionist Assistant to join our team.

We specialize in care for infants through college-age patients, providing a friendly and supportive environment. As our Dental Receptionist Assistant you will be the face of our office, ensuring our young patients and their families feel welcome from the moment they walk in. While this is primarily an administrative role, we are looking for a team player with a Maryland Radiation Technician's License who is willing to assist in the treatment area and help with instrument processing when needed.

What You Will Do as our Dental Receptionist Assistant:

Patient Coordination: Greet families, register demographic data, and manage the schedule to ensure a smooth daily flow.
Insurance Management: Verify insurance coverage and accurately process dental insurance payments.
Clinical Support: Utilize your clinical background to assist in the treatment area and take radiographs as necessary.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with our small team to provide a seamless experience for our pediatric patients.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in a dental office (Required).
Licensure: Valid Maryland Radiation Technician's License (Required).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Familiarity with dental terminology, scheduling software, and dental insurance billing.
Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for pediatric dental care.
