Your expertise in dental office management and familiarity with Dentrix systems will be essential to maintaining an efficient, compliant, and patient-centered environment. Duties

Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency
Handle all aspects of dental administrative support, including managing dental records, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring HIPAA compliance
Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, billing, coding, and financial reconciliation using Dentrix and Carestream.
Supervise office staff, including training new team members, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Manage clinic operations by coordinating appointments, maintaining dental records and medical records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations with HIPAA privacy rules
Monitor inventory levels of dental office supplies and equipment while managing vendor relationships and procurement processes

Requirements

Proven experience in dental office management or dental office administration
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in a clinical or administrative setting
Proficiency in dental practice management software such Dentrix is highly desirable
Knowledge of dental terminology, records management, and billing procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and managed care processes
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients, staff, vendors, and dental providers
