Dental Office Manager

Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000 per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday with some Saturdays

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Position Overview

Our dental practice is looking for a reliable and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while also assisting with treatment coordination. This position requires someone who can lead a team, maintain an organized office environment, and confidently discuss treatment plans and financial options with patients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dental office
Support and supervise front office staff
Present treatment plans to patients and assist them in understanding their dental care options
Coordinate treatment by reviewing insurance benefits and discussing financial arrangements
Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow
Monitor office performance, scheduling, and collections
Maintain excellent customer service and handle patient concerns professionally

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dental office management or treatment coordination
Strong experience with treatment planning and patient financial discussions
Knowledge of dental insurance, billing procedures, and scheduling systems
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)
Availability to work some Saturdays
