Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and provide comprehensive general dental treatment
Perform routine exams, restorative procedures, and more advanced treatments
Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Develop and clearly communicate individualized treatment plans
Collaborate closely with hygienists and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Prescribe medications as necessary
Accurately document diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, and patient consultations
Supervise and mentor clinical and administrative team members
Maintain strict adherence to safety, compliance, and ethical standards

Requirements:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Current North Carolina dental license in good standing
Valid malpractice liability insurance
Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
