Registered Dental Hygienist – Patient-Centered Practice (Mon–Thurs, 7am–3pm)

We are a privately owned, fee-for-service general dental practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Our office prioritizes quality over quantity; we focus on patient relationships, comprehensive care, and a calm, unhurried environment. If you take pride in being thorough and enjoy getting to know your patients beyond the chart, we would love to meet you.

We have two current hygienists who have been with the practice for 20 years, and we are looking for a third who will be another long-term fit. This is a really great opportunity at a unique, boutique-like practice. Our staff is professional, dedicated, and truly becomes family!

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in North Carolina
Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in building long-term patient relationships
Someone who values education and preventative care

Responsibilities Include:

Providing comprehensive hygiene care and periodontal assessments
Educating patients on oral health and prevention
Taking time to deliver thorough, individualized treatment
Collaborating with the doctor and team to provide optimal care
