Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, chats, and web inquiries from individuals seeking Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment.
Conduct initial screenings and gather relevant information with empathy and professionalism.
Manage patient intake by collecting accurate personal, insurance, and medical information efficiently.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously across phone and chat platforms.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics (call volume, conversion rates, response times.)
Collaborate with internal team to ensure a smooth transition into care

Qualifications

Strong communication skills(verbal and written.)
High energy, positive attitude, and ability to think on your feet.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven call center environment.
Ability to multitask using dual-monitor setups.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience in behavioral health, admissions, sales, or call center is a plus (not required.)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
