Our dental practice is a privately owned office in Burlington looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Clinical Team Manager to join our management team as we focus on contributing to the better health of our community.

Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience as healthcare clinical manager or other managerial position in a team-oriented workplace.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members
Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
Excellent communication and people skills
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, employee coaching, and development skills
Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team that provides leadership and direction
Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality

Responsibilities:

Work with the Director of Operations to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of clinical team members
Creation of schedules for all clinical team employees and management of these schedules
Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the clinical team in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
Maintain a training plan for the clinical team
Coach, mentor, and develop the clinical team, including overseeing new employee onboarding
Evaluate performance, hold team members accountable, and discipline when necessary
Monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards as it relates to the clinical team
Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth
Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, support, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed

Full Time 32-40 hours/week:

Days available:

4-5 Days per week. Which will include some evenings until 7:30pm and one weekend day each week.
Monday 10am - 7:30pm, Tuesday 10am-7:30pm, Wednesday 10am-7:30pm, Thursday 10am-7:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 8am-4pm, Sunday 8am - 4pm
