The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time Front Office Receptionist who is warm, welcoming, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in building the lifelong, trusting relationships that define our practice.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, patient-first attitude
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but will train the right person!):

Experience in a dental or healthcare front office setting
Familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental)
Knowledge of insurance verification and scheduling

What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients with a friendly, caring demeanor
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries
Support the team in maintaining a smooth, organized front office

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
