Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator who shares those values and wants to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives while being part of a supportive and uplifting team.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday, 7:20 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch

To prosper as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you should possess the following:

At least 1+ years of dental experience
Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend preferred)
Personable and professional communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Experience with Microsoft Office

Guide patients through treatment recommendations and discuss financial plans with clarity and compassion
Schedule and confirm appointments while helping create a seamless patient experience
Update patient personal and insurance information
Enter payments and insurance information accurately into patient accounts
Prepare daily deposits
Run A/R and insurance reports
