Private Dental Practice is looking for dynamic Front Desk associate who also has experience in dental assisting to join our dental family! We are looking for someone who is energetic, professional, friendly, honest, detail oriented, able to multitask, organized and confident in all aspects of a dental office. This role would be primarily responsible for Phones, patient check in/out, Insurance verification, posting insurance checks, managing the schedule for the office with growing responsibilities and must have a willingness to learn our systems in the office. The secondary role would include basic dental assisting for dental procedures when the help in the back office is needed.

A qualified applicant MUST have previous experience with scheduling, Dentrix, Insurance knowledge, confidence with treatment presentation & discussing finances with patients, and basic dental assisting for dental procedures. We are a patient focused practice and strongly emphasize customer service.
