Previous Dental Experience is a MUST.

We are a family owned boutique dental office located in the heart of Delray.

We are looking for a dynamic team member who can handle both front and back office responsibilities

Duties

Greet patients and assist them with check-in procedures
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
Presenting treatment plans prepared by the doctor
Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
Verify insurance information and process billing as needed
Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments
Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
Helping the Dental assistant when short handed.

Experience

Prior experience working in a dental office setting is a MUST
Knowledge of dental terminology is important
Experience providing medical administrative support or office experience is advantageous
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient interactions.

Pay: $22.66 - $30.00 per hour
