We are a well established General Practice seeking a well versed Office Manager to join our practice. This unique individual will oversee the daily operations of the dental office by managing the front desk, patient relations, and achieving operational goals. They will also be responsible for managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and miscellaneous operations.

The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of prior experience managing a dental office, prior experience using Open Dental or another dental software, knowledge of insurance verification's and claims, exceptional customer service skills, patient scheduling, and treatment plan presentation.

Responsibilities

Organize office operations and procedures
Ensure accurate and timely reporting - End of Month Reports
Provide general support to the front desk and wherever needed
Respond accurately and efficiently to patient complaints

Skills

Proven experience as an Office Manager
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Experience sending claims and following up as needed such as narratives
Knowledge processing the EOD, EOM, and ability to apply claim payments independently
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
