Coastal Oral Surgery Associates is seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a fast paced oral surgery practice. The ideal candidate is strong leader who thrives in a patient focused, high accountability environment and has a proven background in dental practice management.

This role is responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical office operations, team performance, patient experience, scheduling efficiency, and overall practice performance while supporting the doctor and team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the oral surgery practice
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently
Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency

Experience

Proven experience in dental office management, specialty experience preferred
Experience managing teams and driving results
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in dental practice management software
