Are you organized, energetic, and passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and cared for? At Walnut Creek Dentists, we are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who can create an exceptional experience for our patients while keeping our systems running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

● Greeting patients warmly, checking them in and out, and managing daily flow

● Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-ups

● Explaining treatment plans, payment options, and handling billing questions

● Sending and following up on insurance verifications, claims, and pre-authorizations

● Managing digital forms, Modento messaging, and Dentrix data entry

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

● Is professional, courteous, and committed to providing the best patient experience possible

● Communicates clearly and kindly with patients and teammates alike

● Is tech-savvy and comfortable with Dentrix and/or Modento (or willing to learn quickly)

● Believes in delivering excellent service and showing up as a team player every day

Schedule and Compensation:

● Full-time position, Monday–Thursday (8a-5p) Friday (7a-4p)

● Competitive pay based on experience
