ABOUT THE PRACTICE

We are a boutique, high-volume cosmetic dental practice in Beverly Hills specializing in porcelain veneers and full-arch dental implants. Our patients expect a concierge-level experience, and our team delivers it — every time. We're growing and looking for a polished, driven office leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

THE ROLE

You'll be the operational and clinical coordination hub of the practice — owning the patient journey from first inquiry to case acceptance to final payment, while keeping front-office operations running at a high standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all front office operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Present and coordinate high-value treatment plans — veneers, implants, and full cosmetic cases
Handle insurance verification, billing, collections, and payment plans
Maintain accurate records in Dentrix
Follow up on pending cases and reactivate dormant patients
Uphold a five-star patient experience at every touchpoint

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years in a dental office— required
Dentrix proficiency— required
Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills
Experience with high-value cosmetic cases preferred (veneers, implants)
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor

Pay: $29.78 - $40.00 per hour
