Our busy, patient-focused dental office is looking for an experienced Front Desk Dental Professional to join our team!

Qualifications Required:

Dental front desk experience REQUIRED
Dental insurance knowledge a MUST

DENTRIX software experience a must
Experience with treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients
Strong communication and customer service skills
Scheduling, phone management, and patient coordination experience
Detail-oriented, organized, and team player attitude

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and assisting patients
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Verifying insurance benefits and processing claims
Creating and explaining treatment plans and financial arrangements
Coordinating patient care and maintaining excellent patient relationships
Supporting daily office flow and front office operations
