We are a patient-focused, modern digital orthodontic practice dedicated to providing high-quality care in a friendly and supportive environment. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team.

Previous orthodontic assisting is preferred, but if there is no orthodontic background, we are willing to train a highly motivated individual who is ready to learn. A motivated and positive attitude is the MOST important value to our team.

In order to be considered for this position, the following are required:

Ability to multitask and be efficient
Ability to work in a self-directed manner
Ability to think outside of the box
Dental radiology license (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures
Prepare patients for treatment
Take X-rays, photos and digital scans (as trained)
Change wires, ties and bands
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
Maintain accurate patient records
Set up and clean treatment rooms
Provide excellent customer service to the patients and families
