Your day-to-day:

Deliver exceptional prophylaxis, scaling/root planing, and periodontal therapy using the latest guided biofilm therapy and laser technology
Educate and empower patients on the mouth-body connection
Capture digital radiographs, intraoral scans, and CBCT when needed
Collaborate closely with our doctors on personalized, holistic treatment plans
Help create systems and protocols from the ground up

We’re looking for:

Current North Carolina RDH license (or eligible)
Passion for functional, biological, and integrative dentistry (experience with ozone, laser, or PRP a huge plus)
Warm, confident chairside manner and genuine love for patient education
Desire to grow—whether that’s toward therapy certifications, airway focus, or future leadership
Positive energy and true team player mindset

What we offer founding hygienists:

$45–$55 per hour (+a percentage of production / which ever is greater)
Production/team bonuses
Health & dental insurance (after 6 months - Paid for by the Company)

Generous CE stipend and paid time for courses (we’ll support laser cert, myofunctional therapy training, etc.)
